 3300 ICP Configuration Options

Depending on the demands of your enterprise, you can configure the 3300 ICP as an IP PBX, IP Networking Gateway, Wireless Gateway, Video Conferencing Gateway, Voicemail Gateway, Contact Center Gateway, Collaboration Gateway, Teleworker Gateway, Resilient Gateway, as well as Media and User Gateway, and a Microsoft™ LCS Gateway, providing users with flexibility of choice.



 3300 ICP

The 3300 ICP delivers a feature rich, highly scalable, resilient, and easy to manage solution that offers both embedded and off-board applications. Integrating with one of the broadest ranges of IP phones and devices on the market, the 3300 ICP is designed to support the most diverse business requirements from small business or branch office through to large enterprise line size. For large enterprise solutions, choose from the 3300 MX (200-user) or 3300 LX (1400-user) Controllers. For small business or branch office solutions, select a CX or CXi (64-user) Controller.

The 3300 ICP simplifies your business solutions in the following areas:

 Branch office cohesion: With the 3300 ICP IP Networking option, you can extend full head-office capabilities to one or multiple branch offices with the Mitel 3340 Global Branch Office solution. To extend your network even further, connect the Mitel Teleworker Solution to the 3300 ICP infrastructure and offer your remote users easy access to the same features and functionality they enjoy when they are in the office.

 Wireless voice and data: The 3300 ICP's integrated wireless gateway provides mobile users with complete call control and single-button access to common telephony features such as call waiting, call forwarding, and voice mail control. Both 802.11 wireless and IP DECT are supported.

 Speech-enabled applications: Enhance enterprise accessibility with Mitel Speech Server Unified Messaging, which includes Attendant and Unified Messaging. It provides complete speech-enabled access to directories, as well as e-mail, voicemail, and fax message management.

 Conferencing and collaboration: Enjoy Mitel Voice First Application, the one-touch video conferencing that's as easy to use as dialing a phone. Mitel Your Assistant is your real-time, PC-based tool for effective handling of integrated telephony and data communications like visual conference calls.

 Messaging: The 3300 ICP embedded voice mail is a flexible, cost-effective, centralized voice mail solution with multi-level auto-attendant and optional advanced voice mail features. The advanced voicemail application provides features such as ad-hoc call recording, personal contacts and voice-mail-to-email forwarding capability.  ACD and contact center applications: Maximize the efficiency of your contact center with embedded automatic call distribution (ACD) and the Mitel 6100 Contact Center Solutions suite of modular, web-centric contact center applications.

 Telephones: Choose from the Mitel suite of phones – from simple IP phones to web-enabled IP phones, including a softphone and a desktop device that fully integrates PDA technology. Optional features such as hot-desking allow users to log in to and change any desktop phone into their own, complete with personal profiles and preferences.
