Our core activity is to market products and provide pre sales and after sales support.The company has full fledged operations in Northen India and has 15 authorised channels partners and 40 resellers serving customers from various field.The company has prestigious PSUs and MNCs as their customers and represent VXl Instruments Ltd. (One of the largest Thinclient manufacturer worldwide.), Xserve, to name a few. MMPL has a full setup for warranty, Annual Maintenance for the products being sold. Currently we provide AMC support to organizations like MTNL, NIC, NTPC, etc. for the products of VXL Instruments. We have full TRC capabilities for components level servicing and field staff for warranty and AMC support. We provide field support as well as in house uptodate repair facilities for the products marketed by us. second level of support is provided to leading OEMs.

The Company provides warranty and Post warranty support for the Products of its principle. Post warranty support can be in the form of A.M.C or on call basis. Support help desk is also available.
